磁粉检测 （MT）

磁粉探伤（MT）是无损检测（NDT）方法之一，是一种经济且直观的方法，用于检测铁磁性材料的表面及近表面缺陷。

磁粉探伤利用铁磁性材料裂纹处漏磁场，使铁粉聚集显示缺陷。

一旦存在表面或近表面缺陷，磁场会发生畸变，在缺陷周围产生局部漏磁场。此时在工件表面施加干粉或悬浮液状的微细铁粉，漏磁场区域会吸附磁粉并形成聚集。

需使用 UV-A 紫外灯照射的荧光磁粉应用广泛，同时也有彩色磁粉可供选择。磁粉检测可用于表面相对粗糙、有污物的工件，但缺陷检测灵敏度可能会受影响。
